Returns & Refunds Policy

Sealed Products

Sealed products (booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, bundles, etc.) may be returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date, provided:

  • The item is in its original factory-sealed condition — unopened and undamaged
  • You have your order number and proof of purchase
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of the tracking-confirmed delivery date

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged through our fault. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Single Cards — Condition Disputes

Single cards are sold as described and graded to the best of our ability. We do not accept returns on singles unless there is a genuine condition dispute.

If you believe a card was significantly misgraded (e.g., listed as Near Mint but received as Heavily Played), you must:

  1. Contact us at support@mintcardshop.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Include clear photos of the card showing the condition issue

We review all disputes fairly. Approved disputes may result in a full refund, partial refund, or replacement card at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened sealed products
  • Single cards where no condition dispute exists
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery (sealed) or 48 hours after delivery (singles)
  • Items that appear to have been used, played, or damaged after delivery

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the item is unavailable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. We will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or dispute, contact us or email support@mintcardshop.com with:

  • Your order number (e.g., MCS-ABC123)
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos if applicable (condition dispute, damaged in transit)
